MEET KYLE

Kyle Little was born and raised in Union County, New Jersey, where he developed a deep-rooted passion for community, service, and hard work. A proud graduate of Linden High School, Kyle went on to earn both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Exercise Science from Montclair State University. His academic journey laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to health, wellness, and uplifting others.

From his early career working at community-centered gyms like the YMCA to national fitness chains including Retro Fitness, LA Fitness, and Bally Total Fitness, Kyle dedicated himself to helping people reach their fullest potential. In 2015, he took that mission a step further by launching his own business, Isolation Fitness. A year later, he opened his first physical location in Metuchen, New Jersey, offering one-on-one personal training services. In 2022, he expanded with a second location in Edison, New Jersey, introducing group fitness programs that brought even more people together in pursuit of healthier lives. Alongside his work in the fitness industry, Kyle also served as an adjunct college professor at Kean University and Middlesex College.

As a small business owner, educator, and advocate, Kyle witnessed firsthand the challenges facing working families, entrepreneurs, students, and communities across New Jersey. Those experiences inspired his decision to run for the United States Congress as a Democrat, where he campaigned to be a voice for everyday people rather than special interests.

Throughout his campaign, Kyle advocated for:

  • Supporting health and wellness in every community

  • Growing the middle class through meaningful economic opportunity

  • Empowering small businesses with greater resources and relief

  • Protecting women's reproductive rights and bodily autonomy

  • Advancing racial equality and equity across institutions

  • Strengthening New Jersey's public education system

  • Defending the rights and dignity of the LGBTQIA+ community

  • Protecting and strengthening Social Security and Medicare for future generations

Kyle's campaign was rooted in the belief that real change begins with leadership grounded in compassion, courage, integrity, and service. Although the campaign concluded following the June 2, 2026, primary election, the principles that guided it continue to shape his work as an educator, business owner, and community advocate. His commitment to improving the lives of New Jersey residents extends well beyond the campaign and remains at the heart of everything he does.
